How do I pay?
We take all major credit cards except American Express, and we do not take cash. Rooms are paid for before arrival, under the cancellation terms below.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
On a standard rate, cancelling or changing a booking up to 3 days before arrival is free. With less notice, or if you do not arrive, the full price of the booking is charged. On a non-refundable rate, the full price is charged when you book and is not refunded.
Can I smoke or vape?
The hotel is smoke-free and vape-free. Guests who smoke or vape indoors are charged a fine of 400 EUR.
What if something is damaged?
Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel's property during their stay. Missing items, such as hairdryers, are charged for, and damage is charged at the full cost of repair or replacement.
Are there extra cleaning charges?
Extra cleaning after vomiting, body fluids or unusual mess in a room is charged at 50,000 ISK, or at the full cost of replacing the furnishings.
